Tamara Rabenold is a licensed private investigator and CEO of Vaudra International, a company specializing in Intellectual Property (IP) and corporate investigations. Over the past 18 years, Tamara has handled thousands of cases, supporting attorneys and trademark owners with comprehensive investigation and brand protection strategies. In January 2021, she acquired the company, and as of April 2022, became a WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) & SBA recognized Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB). Immersed in the IP industry, Tamara’s involvements include serving on the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee for the International Trademark Association (INTA) & the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association’s (AASA) IP Committee. Related to the investigative profession, she was reappointed by Governor Cooper to her second term as a member of the Private Protective Services Board (PPSB). This 14-member regulatory Board administers the licensing, education, and training requirements for those engaged in private protective services, such as private investigators and security guards, within North Carolina. While Tamara enjoys giving back through these volunteer roles, she realizes none of it would be possible without the support & strength of the Vaudra team.
